Welcome to my page!  Just to share some information about me, I graduated from Farmington High School in 2006 and attended the University of Connecticut.  I started as an undeclared major and was completing my general education requirements.  This was when I discovered my passion for Physical Education and for teaching.  I transferred to Central Connecticut State University where I graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2011.  I have been a full time Wellness teacher at Lewis Mills since August of 2011.

Athletics is a huge part of my life.  I played basketball and volleyball in High School.  My passion for the sports has led me to begin coaching those sports.  I coached the Freshman Girls Volleyball team at Farmington High School from 2008-2016, I was an Assistant Boys Basketball coach at Lewis Mills from 2009-2016, and I was the JV Boys Volleyball coach at Lewis Mills from 2010-2014.  I became the Varsity Boys Volleyball Coach at Lewis Mills in 2015 and I became the Varsity Boys Basketball Coach at Lewis Mills in 2016.
