Wellness 10

Wellness 10 meets three times a week, twice in the gymnasium and once in the health room.  The topics that are covered are below.  Whether it is individual, partners, small group, or large group, our goal is to challenge students to go outside of their comfort zone in order to complete a challenge.

In the Gymnasium:

Healthy Heart, Adventure Education, Invasion Sports, Racquet Sports 1, Functional Fitness, Racquet Sports 2, Orienteering

In the Health Room:

Heart Anatomy and Physiology, CPR education, 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens, Drugs and Behavior, Health History Project, Sexual Health
